A little Dionne love!

Give me a Warwick and i'm happy. (here with a little manilow thrown in)

I know. I'll Never Love That Way Again.

"You looked inside my fantasies and made each one come true,
something no one else had ever found a way to do.
I've kept the mem'ries one by one, since you took me in;
and I know I'll never love this way again.

A fool will lose tomorrow reaching back for yesterday;
I won't turn my head in sorrow if you should go away.
I'll stand here and remember just how good it's been,
and I know I'll never love this way again."

Words by Will Jennings with Music by Richard Kerr

Enjoy!

Sometimes I Wonder....

A new version of the 1980's classic musical FAME will hit the big screen in the fall.

It's hard for those of us who expereinced Alan Parker's classic film to consider a feature retelling anything but a pale redux... but... who knows.

Here's a link to the new movie release date September 25, 2009.

"Out Here On My Own" music was written by Michael Gore with his sister Leslie Gore for which they received an Academy Award nomination.

Sometimes I wonder where I've been
Who I am
Do I fit in.
Make believin' is hard alone,
Out here on my own

We're always provin' who we are
Always reachin' for the risin' star
To guide me far
And shine me home
Out here on my own

When I'm down and feelin' blue
I close my eyes so I can be with you
Oh, baby, be strong for me
Baby, belong to me
Help me through
Help me need you

Until the morning sun appears
Making light of all my fears
I dry the tears
I've never shown
Out here on my own

When I'm down and feelin' blue
I close my eyes so I can be with you
Oh, baby, be strong for me
Baby, belong to me
Help me through
Help me need you

Sometimes I wonder where I've been
Who I am
Do I fit in
I may not win
But I can't be thrown
Out here on my own
On my own
