Enduring Life Lessons
"You Don't Ask You Don't Get"
This is such a treat and so much a part of the magic of Youtube... the closing moments of the TV Show Baryshnikov on Broadway - with Liza Minnelli from 1980 uploaded with German subtitles. Wow.
Using the spectacular finale number from the ever fabulous A Chorus Line the lesson "ask and ye shall receive" is punctuated with grace and elegance.

Meditating For LIfe
There is no secret, getting a daily practice of meditation in place will keep you in conscious contact to the deepest stillness of your being creating the ability to return to your center with greater and greater ease as you move through your day, avoiding the pitfalls of triggers and stress. Meditation is the answer to your peace of mind and well being as you open to deeper presence in your work, life and relationships.In this practice of connecting to yourself you prepare your body, mind and soul for the experience and presence of your life. There is no other way around it. No cheat to this process of slowing down, opening up and expanding the space between your thoughts.
Get in a daily routine. Create the moments in the fullness of yourself downloading whatever files, upgrades, information that needs to be integrated to your system.
In short. Meditate, meditate, meditate.

Onward to Greatness
The universe never ceases to amaze me. With all the work that I have created and sent into the world. It is an honor to have my first piece to enter into the Apple universe to be this tiny collection of works inspired by my brother's tireless pursuit of doing the right thing for his family. The picture on the cover is that of his son. My nephew. The sweetest, cutest, strongest, smartest brightest young man on the planet who will be celebrating his 4th birthday this coming weekend. It is even more curious that this work was written by me. It emerged after I wrote I AM A MAGNIFICENT WOMAN and you do have to let whatever needs to flow flow. I am honored to have birthed these I AM works.
Many people have purchased I AM A GREAT MAN and found its words to be beautiful and inspiring. It is a wonderful reminder that we are all here on the planet to help each other grow by showing up in our greatness.
There is no greater gift to the earth and no greater gift to give.

A Revolution Takes Place in the Heart
It mattered not if others understood
The deepening of his experience grew
To the point he knew
The ache was not meant to go away
It was a part of his essence
It was the ache of the mature open heart
Living with the hurts of the instant
Working beyond the threshold of gravity
Allowing the natural expression of love to flow through him
Fully at play
Free from any confinement

His beloved felt all of it
Sitting on the shore of the lake
On which they had spent so much time together

Even though she said “No” to his offer to join him

Comfort Those in Need
I saw this quote in an office of a Social Worker who day in and day out faces those, who are at the end of their financial line, at the end of their hope in working to provide for their families, at the end of their faith that a different possibility was available to them, meeting each story and person with a smile in her heart.
Everyone can be great
Because everyone can serve
You don’t have to have a degree to serve
You don’t have to make your subject and your verb agree to serve
You only need a heart full of grace
A soul generated by love.
