Cinderella in its Deeper Truth.

"A dream is a wish your heart makes when you're fast asleep.
In dreams you will lose your heartaches.
Whatever you wish for, you keep.
Have faith in your dreams, and someday,
your rainbow will come smiling through.
No matter how your heart is grieving,
if you keep on believing,
the dream that you wish will come true."

Cinderella or "The Little Glass Slipper" (French: Cendrillon, ou La petite Pantoufle de Verre) is a classic folk tale embodying the archetypal story of unjust oppression that ultimately gives way to a triumphant remembering.

"The word "Cinderella" has, by analogy, come to mean one whose attributes are unrecognised, or one who unexpectedly achieves recognition or success after a period of obscurity and neglect."

"A dream is a wish your heart makes" was written and composed by Mack David, Al Hoffman and Jerry Livingston for the Walt Disney film version of Cinderella (1950)

There have been countless tellings of this story. I experience it more times than I would like to admit. It's one of those archetypal myths that most of the planet resonates with... Who doesn't want to transcend their current circumstances and without changing any of the outward circumstances experience a full recognition of the truth.

I woke up this morning and saw a single "slipper" on the rug waiting... offering a message.

Out there somewhere already on its way is the perfect pairing. The opening and avenue in full play -- the universe working to make the match!!

The only job is to stay open and willing and to not lose hope, having faith in the unseen.

May all your dreams and wishes miraculously materialize as you enjoy the gorgeous spring to summer unfolding!

Can't wait to hear the outcomes of your Cinderella moments of remembering the deeper truth.

Brought to you by THE BARE MEL.
