Do the Thing You Think You Can not Do... The Nyad Way...

When first you don't succeed remember that Love is going to break through.

Every journey needs that igniting leap into the unknown.  Loved this photograph capturing the first leap into the ocean between Cuba and Florida by long distance swimmer Diana Nyad on her fifth attempt at the monumental crossing... For a moment it has the look of someone praying.  Probably was, something like "Please dear God, protect me from the Jelly Fish, and the Open water horrors, allow me the grace to do my best and to be myself and to make the attempt no matter what the outcome, to see it through beyond the fatigue and the aches and the pains and apply my efforts to the task."

Set your own path. Follow your intuition. Step out of your comfort zone and recalibrate your system.  Learn how to leap into your actions with love, surrendering to the present moment.

My first mentor taught me not to try to be better than my competitors but to constantly try to be better than my last effort.

Within this endless improvement project of life in constant motion in constant creation within the forces of nature. We understand what is necessary in the structure of the society of our life. In our flexibility in our understanding reclaiming its true nature. There isn't anything that really needs to be brought forward. Everything necessary for your full unfoldment lies waiting in the power of your faith.

Everything lives and interacts with our faithfulness and everything that is necessary for the evolution of our bare naked soul in every encounter waits for that enactment with love.

Like Eleanor Roosevelt wrote in You Learn by Living: Eleven Keys for a More Fulfilling Life “You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, 'I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along. ' You must do the thing you think you cannot do.”

Take this moment. Breathe deeply and take that step into your faith.

May you feel connected, comforted and full of peace Today. Now. Always. May your days be free from strife and worry and all your steps be light and bright.

Lots of Love,

Melanie
