Mastery of fear like everything on the emotional spectrum is

another tool to play, another sensation to exploit to your benefit. It isn’t

fearlessness it is fear embraced. It is fear ensconced and evaluated and played

for its essence and sustenance and energy to arrive at a new deepening

destination of truth into Love with joy.

I am one

who daydreams and imagines and explores. I contemplate and congratulate

discovery acquired through my curiosity.  I wonder and wonder and then magically wonders never cease. My

exploration has led me into worlds and worlds and worlds and new worlds yet again, each one revealing

something I never would have imagined.

I’m no longer the scared kid who kept needing to prove over

and over again that I was good enough. I am capable. I am okay. Knowing I AM free from the

non existent chain that counter intuitively is one of the most painful things I will ever have to do. The

chain in its nonexistence has the strongest hold over me. If the chain was

real. I would have been able to gnaw my way, struggle, wrangle, wriggle and

fight my way to freedom. The essence of the chain of nonexistence is you just

need to effortlessly and purposefully take one easy step and have it fall away.  I am

not what I was. I am whoever I want to be and I am me.
