We never know why we are made a certain way. Who’s to say one quality you consider a hindrance isn't the key to your path through. You never know how the gifts you have been given will be received and to what affect. All you can do is give your gifts freely and openly.

Next 100 | Day 85 | Love Yourself

Love. Yourself. With wild abandon and cherish the moods and rhythms of your sacred sounds. There is only one of you. Complete and healed and whole and in full possession of unending joy, peace, love and presence of self.

This day, April 4th happens to be the day Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated and also the birthday of Maya Angelou

Courage is the most important of all the virtues because without courage you cannot practice the any of the other virtues consistently. You can't be consistently kind, human, etc... without courage."






The way that we practice courage dictates the ways our heart sings its beautiful song..

With courage no dream or scheme is impossible.  Make today a courageous day in true celebration of all the miracles and magic available with love.

Courage brings you to the truth.

We are all doing the best we can as we move through life and it is absolutely more fulfilling to experience the courageous heart in action, than to watch the march to freedom pass you by.

May we feel free. May we know peace. May we experience the harmony in each moment.
